Eric "Balls" Gjonnes and his daughter Reed a.k.a. "Sunshine", walk along Highway 117 near Grants on Monday. The pair started near the Mexico border and plan to hike the entire route of the Continental Divide Trail. If they complete their journey, Sunshine will be the youngest person to have hike the triple crown, which also includes the Pacific Crest Trail and the Appalachian Trail.
