Portable toilets and recreational vehicles fill a campground at the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park near Kayenta, Arizona. The Monument Valley Tour Operators Association has recently proposed that tourists be able to travel within the park only with a licensed tour operator. The group says that easy access to the park is leading to increased littering, vandalism and wear and tear on the roads.
