060807 Brian Leddy.Camille Fernando, a nurse who volunteered her services, stands by as a McKinley County Sheriffs Officer inspects an SUV that rolled in a head on collision of Friday evening around 11:30 p.m. on US Highway 491 at the eight mile marker. The accident occurred after a woman, who's name was not available at the time of the accident, driving a small pickup truck and traveling south with her headlights off in the northbound lane, struck the SUV traveling head on, causing it to roll. The occupants of the SUV, the Tillotson family of Utah and their six children, suffered no severe injuries but the father was taken to hospital. The driver of the pickup truck suffered injuries and had to be extracted from the car. Police suspect that alcohol was a major factor in the incident.
