041607 Brian Leddy.Billie Casuse and an unidentified man wait for a Gallup police officer to finish paperwork after the truck she was were driving struck a four-year-old boy at the corner of Jay Street and Dairy Drive on Monday. A witness claims that Casuse did not come to a complete stop at the intersection. Residents of the park said that motorists who speed and don't obey the stop signs have been a concern in the neighborhood for a while. "I knew this was going to happen one day," a resident who lives nearby said.
