Mountain biker on the Red Rocks

A mountain biker rides the red rocks in the Zuni Mountains of New Mexico near Cottonwood Canyon. The four mile out and back section of slick rock is smoother than the legendary Moab, Utah slick rock. The Gallup, New Mexico region, of which the area is a part of, is becoming a popular mountain biking destination with it's close to 300 miles of designated and undesignated trails.
