070507 Brian Leddy.For sixty four-year-old Robert Talley time may be running out. After being kicked out out of a few residential care facilities for behavior problems, Talley, who has several health problems, found himself living in a rundown shack in Tolakai with no one to care for him. The former Army serviceman has his sister and her husband to bring him meals three times a day, but due to a bout with colon cancer he requires a special diet that can prove difficult to prepare.
