122007 Brian Leddy.A Ford F150 sits wrecked at mile marker 56 on Interstate 40 near Thoreau as officials work to clean up the scene on Thursday afternoon. The truck, which was en route to Albuquerque carrying 2100 pounds of marijuana that was seized earlier in the day at the Gallup Port of Entry, rolled, spilling bales of the drug all over the highway. The officer driving the Ford F150 received only minor injuries and was not taken to the hospital..... A New Mexico Department of Public Safety officer carrying a load of marijuana that was seized at the Gallup Port of Entry earlier on Thursday rolled his vehicle at mile marker 56 near Thoreau as he was transporting the 2100 lb. load to the Drug Enforcement Agency in Albuquerque. The officer towing the Ford F150 received only minor injuries and was not taken to the hospital.
